Feminists want two things to be true for all people, regardless of gender:
Social, Legal, and Economic Equality,
Personal Autonomy
There are a lot of things that fall under both of these headings, and a lot of different ideas about how to achieve these goals, which issues are most important, what the sub-issues are, etc. However, they can all pretty much be summed up in those two lines.
The win conditions would be a world you would barely recognize...one in which all people are able to pursue their passions, develop their talents, express themselves, and live their lives without regard to gender-based roles, stereotypes, dangers, or limitations.
