Despondent Children of Heaven

India is a country wealthy of culture and traditions which upholds respect for women and children. Indian scriptures define children as divine beings. They were treated as Gods for their innocence and honesty but now we can see they are being tortured both physical and mentally, forbidden from their rights to get minimum education and not even provided with clean food or stay when they are being brought to cities as labors ‘Child Labors’ . India at its peak of glory and success, has a different face where there are innumerable politicians who gorge the national treasury.  People with high ranks and cadre of professionals have turned out to be darn insensitive towards the tormenting of these kids.

Article 21-A and the RTE Act came into effect on 1 April 2010 and thus we all thought children of India, the future of India is safe.
The title of the RTE Act incorporates the words ‘free and compulsory’.
But where is justice??
How many are going to school?

Many villages in India are yet underdeveloped. There the people have just one motive behind survival- earn and eat. They eat to survive and they earn to eat. Poverty is the main reason behind everything. These villagers send kids to cities to earn and guess how much they earn? Recently in a survey I found many people in certain parts of Orissa earning Rs 2/- per month. In this kind of poverty ridden life how would u expect a child to attend his school?

Once when I was having lunch at a local hotel near my locality, I saw a small boy cleaning tables. I could make out from his looks that he might be eight or nine. I was watching him work- when a middle-aged man started hitting this boy for spilling water on his table. At this point I intervened, A staff came and whispered in ears that the man is a regular customer and works with the government. He also mentioned that this is a scene that keeps repeating every day.

I called the boy near me and asked him from where he is and why he isn’t going to school. He was so frightened that he didn’t want to open up anything to me. When I told him that I wanted to help him he begged me that he didn’t want to leave this place. I was shocked to hear the reason why he did not want to leave this dirty hell.

Later we made him aware of various government schemes which could benefit his family he got convinced and went back to his hometown. There are many more children in our society who are not aware of all these government assistance.
Be bold to stand against all the odd consequences that may follow when these shells labeled as slaves are destroyed. Let these tiny humans grow to paint a more powerful India. Let us march together against child labour!
SAVE THE CHILD, SAVE THE COUNTRY
Jai Hind!

Slip-ups that stay forever

“The way her parents treated her over the years- for her stupid silly slip-ups has left her in an enormous bitterness towards them. Their act has created a permanent fence in her heart.”

Parents think negative motivation work on children. On many occasions it works in the opposite direction of the desired way.
If someone keeps repeating your past like a tape recorder, Just turn your face away and smile.
Understand that they are feeling scared of you flourishing in life so they keep poking you with the past stories.
Don’t let your energy fall!
If someone is a true well wisher of yours be it your parents or friends ‘You can feel the energy and inspiration in the air when they are around’.

My Favourite Quote about writing

... I copied this quote down from a Neil Gaiman Blackberry project. #quotesaboutwriting

"The best part of actually writing is that sudden magical moment
when there's something coming out of your pen
that wasn't even there a second ago.
Everything you've been writing up until that point
suddenly magically comes together
and you ... you're flying."

Seven Wonders of this world

To See
To hear
To taste
To touch
To feel
To Laugh
& To Love

Happy Birthday to the Father of Psychology- Sigmund Freud.

It was he who first made me stunned with criss-cross divisions of human mind, giving me answers to those questions to which I thought had no answer. It was with his principles of Psychology that I first successfully and blissfully drowned into the mysteries of human mind.It is that area which undoubtedly becomes my awaited research topic, as I am always crazy about the brains of that man. It is he who, with his Interpretation of Dreams enchanted me with the colours, dimensions and depths of dreams and its analysis. In the days of my intense reading of his dream analysis, I used to wake up some mornings with the frustration of having seen no dream that night for me to analyse the whole day. It is he who made me, with my own learnings from his psychological theories, a much better person than I used to be. He makes me analyze the people around, and gives me better comprehension of their characters from even their minute gestures.

My experience with Angel Gabriel

In the book ‘Angel Therapy’, I read that Gabriel is the left hand of God. He is a messenger in all Christian and Muslim scriptures. Mostly journalists, writers, lawyers and other professions related to writing and communicating, call upon angel Gabriel. He will lead you till you finish your piece of work that you have already started. He serves those who call upon him. He is an angel of words. There are people who reported saying they had disturbances while sleeping till they finished their work. Gabriel is a perfectionist and will make you one too in your respective career.

Gabriel is often mentioned as ‘he’ but a fact is that an angel do not belong to any gender. Angels are pictured as cute tiny human figures with wings attached. Anyways Angels are just light. Hindus mention this Light as ‘Guru’ the shadow that leads us to through righteousness. People who report that they had seen angels, says that they saw a light. Angels are always connected to nature. You find them on flowers or in garden. You will have more Idea about how to keep angels happy etc from the book ‘Earth Angels’ by Doreen Virtue.
Again back on track, what I wanted to say was that I had an experience today early morning. Believe it or not I heard something whispering in my ears to get up and write. I woke up suddenly and turned around. I first thought it was my brother but he was asleep. I opened the curtain and saw the sky was still dark. I tried to sleep. Again as I sank into a deep sleep, something came near me and kept a watch next to my face on my pillow (was that an illusion?). I woke up with a bong and this time to my utter amazement I found an alarm clock on top of my pillow right next to where I slept. May be the clock fell from the table to the bed ending up on top of my pillow making a bong that woke me. But what made that happen??
I woke up before the entity (that is trying to wake me so badly) lose its patience.
I believe it was an angel, probably Gabriel angel who urged me to do my work before the fire in my heart extinguishes. Thank you my Angels!

Golden Days

For most of us the first thing that runs through our mind when we hear the word 'summer vacation' is 'Grandparents house'.

In my case I grew up with my maternal grandmother. She did whole of my parenting. Her home was not really a vacation place for me, I had the best part of my life spent with her, back in my hometown.

I always felt like she was my twin sister, even though i respected her age.  I always felt comfortable and safe when she was next to me. As a child I always thought she would protect me from anything that can happen on earth.  I hug her tight when i get bad dreams because I believe no evil can harm her as she was regular with her prayers.

When I was a kid. We used to have running race at the parking lot of our apartment, My friends were jealous because my grandmother was young and healthy unlike their grannies to play catch&catch or hide&seek.
I really laugh when I think of the scene- little me shouting to her "Don`t forget to give Kevin(my stuffed doll) lunch, he is hungry" from the main door, before leaving for my tuition classes. She replies "Of course dear, Make sure you are back before he finds out that you are not here"
She always made me feel that my fantasies of dolls having life and fairy Godmothers, did really exist in the real world.
She was an angel who safe guarded me from getting beatings from my mom.

When I was in my fourth grade we both secretly decided to shift to Kerala. Home with both of us alone was a heaven. She loved me being mischievous. She never stopped me from doing crazy things like moving about in my grandpa`s dhoti and vest with a charcoal mustache on my face . We played, we fought, we cooked, did gardening, went to temples ,bhajanas, visited houses, attended functions.. in fact everything together.People called me her tail (vaalu), because they never found us apart. We never liked someone else (other family members) entering our comfort zones.

As I grew up, She protected my pride from my parents when I score less in exams and boasted when I score well, Kept advertising when I won prizes. We kept lot of secrets too within us.

When I was put in hostel during my high school, I wait for second Saturdays to rush to her. I sit at the kitchen counter hours, explaining all that happened for the past one month. She used to bring me my favourite lunch ('pothichoru'- consisted of curd rice, coconut chutney, potato fry and my favourite mango pickle ♥) during weekends. We sit together on the steps of lonely basket ball court in my school talking.

All these golden moments vanished as I move out of Kerala to do my higher studies, which she never liked but silently accepted her resignation. Everything is just memories at present and I love to cherish all those sweet memories of mine with her.

Now that she has become more old and weak but still smart and quick witted as always. She talks less and pray more. She finds happiness while watering plants or cooking. Her silence shows us her detachment from material world. Her priorities have changed.

'NO MATTER HOW PERFECT A DAY IS, IT HAS TO COME TO AN END.'
-Stephanie Meyer

But am glad that I was the luckiest among all her grandchildren to grow up with her, to have known her, to have taken care of her.

Divorce

I heard a Teacher advising one of her student to befriend her classmate who is "from a cheap background and so doesn't match her family status", quoting the exact words by the teacher.
Now here the cheap background is not in terms of wealth, the child`s parents are getting divorced.

Its unfair!!
How come a child be at fault if the parents are fighting with each other?|?
How does he/she become cheap? why is he/she getting their rights denied?
Don't they deserve to live happily and to be treated equal with others?

So please wake up teachers. Be a 'Guru'. If the child is having a bad time at home, take the chance and substitute yourself as their parent. Give them some nice time at school. Mold them into beautiful human beings.

This kind of attitude of people and shame to mention teachers who are supposed to be the second mothers at so called 'home away from home' (school), give birth to cruel minds.
Because children when they are denied justice at a very young age turn out to be rebellious as they have none other than themselves to fight for their own rights.

THOUGHTS become REALITY

By the simple act of thinking, vortexes are created, invisible energies are applied, and circumstances begin creeping to make real what was previously just imagined. This supernatural pull of your thoughts continues long after you think them, whenever there follows intent, expectation, and action; moving mountains, parting rivers and doing the “impossible” until there is the inevitable manifestation.

This is how your “thoughts become things”. How they physically become things in a dimension that already exits, with billions of players and massive momentum. Not by appearing out of thin air, but through a manipulation of forces in the unseen that literally begin shifting, morphing and rearranging all of the elements in your life so as to deliver to you the nearest equivalent of what you have been thinking. In other words, “the law of attraction.”
Thoughts become things, explains the law of attraction. It is why there is a law of attraction and unlike any other three words in all the vocabularies of all the languages in all the world, thoughts becomes things, tells u exactly where you fit into the pictures as a thinker the decision maker over what you will think about, revealing your power as a supernatural, all powerful, unlimited CREATOR
but of course many prefer not to think of themselves as phenomenally powerful.

There are no FINISH LINES

There are no finish lines in life, yet perpetually seeking them, in terms of the quick fix, the big win, or a home run, serves only to remind you of what’s missing, reinforcing the imagined lack. However when one stops thinking about the results and embraces the journey as it is, the days will be innumerable when, looking back, you`ll marvel at the distance covered.
It only seems to take a long time when you are looking for finish lines, Kemosabi.

I`m like an elephant

Like an ELEPHANT,

Sometimes, when what they said or promised doesn`t match what they did, and what they did, to this day, still hurts, you’re better off forgetting all about it..
Knowing that I won`t.
I`m like an elephant.

Euneirophrenia treatment for Kaliyug

When life is rugged with atrocities of this yuga (kaliyuga) and obscene people around us, #Euneirophrenia is the only way to be resilient humans.

‘DREAM’

It has always been a fascinating subject for me.
I love to dream, It’s a different world where there is no limitation to become a doctor or a firefighter anytime you want. You can give birth to fancy characters, Kill your enemies, speak to the dead, Travel to your favorite vacation spots and so goes on the endless list. Precisely speaking, dreams make the impossible- visibly possible, that shows that those dreams can become a reality.
They say to believe what you see in front of your eyes. Mind serves as an inner eye when your soul travels in the subconscious state(Sleep)

Dream, Dream and Dream
Dream transforms into thoughts
Thoughts results into action. –A.P.J Abdul Kalam

“Authors usually get their ideas from dreams” -J.K.Rowling
This author still believes that Hogwarts exist.

There are a million reasons why any dream might be considered irrational, unreasonable and silly waste of time. On the other hand, I can think of one reason that blows `em all out of the water…
We are in this together!
[**There is no breath you take or step you make that you don’t share with the universe!**]

“Dream is not that which you see while sleeping it is something that does not let you sleep.” –Dr.Kalam

The logic of dreams from my research:
Non-local mind is pure soul or spirit, known as universal consciousness. Operating outside the boundaries or normal space and time, it is the great organizing and unifying force of the universe, infinite in scope and duration.
It requires no attention, no energy, no approval; it is whole unto itself, and therefore attracts love and acceptance. It is imminently creative, the source from which all creation flows. It allows us to imagine beyond the boundaries of what local mind sees as “possible,” to think “outside the box,” and to believe in miracles.
